The Nebraska Sportsmen's Foundation (NSF) represents most members of the hunting, fishing and trapping organizations and clubs in Nebraska. Our mission is simple. We work with these member groups and with the Nebraska Legislative Sportsmen's Forum (NLSF) to ensure that our family traditions of sporting activities are protected for future generations of Nebraskans. We believe hunting, angling, trapping and other related outdoor activities should not be controversial, since these are traditions that are rooted in the history of this state.
Threats to these time honored traditions are real and there is no question that these anti-organizations are well funded and well organized. They are focused on one goal, which they have clearly stated -- and that is to end all hunting, fishing and trapping everywhere, period!
Living in a state where these activities have long been taken for granted, it is easy to say this can't happen here... BUT it can! And the NSF is being pro-active in supporting this legislation just as several other states have enacted this same forum of legislation.
Together, we can make a difference!Become a member of the NSF and join your fellew sportsmen in securing YOUR rights,heritage and traditions for generations to come.
